dc.description.abstract The article touches on the method of calculating the load of car service stations based on the analysis of the preferences of users of car maintenance services. An example of its use on the model of characteristics of car services in a cluster is given. The purpose of this article is to develop a methodology for calculating the expected volume of car service services that a new service station projected in a cluster will be able to capture in competition with the services operating in this cluster. en_US
