dc.description.abstract | The paper presents the results of the analysis of grape varieties for juice production. Grape varieties were analyzed from the perspective of climatic requirements, uvological characteristics of grapes. The mechanical composition of grapes and berries was analyzed, comparing the results with current standards. The importance of selecting local varieties recommended for consumption and processing was argued. The results obtained will serve as the basis for further research to analyze the yield of the grape must and the making of the finished product. | en_US |
