Abstract:
The information on technological features of manufacture of wine of new assortment in Moldova is presented. The commercial success of the wine, prepared with “maceration carbonic", white aromatic high-quality wine, red wine of the accelerated cycle of maturing is noted. Growth of interest to manufacture of pink wine, natural sweet wine and wine with a more potential of endurance is noted. To perspective assortment are noted "organic" and the "virgin" wines which are potentially being with treatment-and-prophylactic.
