dc.description.abstract The chemical composition of goat milk is the subject of race, individuality, area, age, level and nature of nutrition, lactation stage, season calendar, during milking and health. Because goats rarely get sick from tuberculosis, goat milk can be consumed raw, and thus maintaining maximum effectiveness of proteins, lipids, sugars, vitamins, enzymes and minerals. en_US
