Abstract

In Moldova sheep milk is used as raw material for cheese – local product . Sheep milk – raw material must be obtained from healthy animals , respecting the rules of hygiene. The cheese must not be falsified achieved or show abnormal changes in the appearance / color , odor, taste or consistency.
