They specialize in this area, because they have comparative advantage in creating information in this field. Whatever their motivation is, they provide valuable services and businesses depend on these services as intermediaries smooth the way to achieve efficient transactions, ensuring the coordination of supply and demand in space for thousands of buyers and sellers who do not know each other.
