dc.description.abstract Nanostructured Al- and Ag-doped films were deposited by synthesis from aqueous chemical solutions SCS. It was demonstrated change in selectivity of sensors based on the doped films. For Ag-doped films has been obtained higher response to ethanol vapors, while Al-doped films was found a higher response to hydrogen gas. Developed sensors demonstrate relatively fast response/recovery times at operating temperature of 300 ˚C. en_US
