dc.description.abstract This article presents a laboratory experiment that proves the angular momentum law of conservation in physics. The method consists of identifying the linear relationships between measured physical quantities, which are equivalent with the law of conservation of angular momentum during the interaction between a flywheel, with a body linked to it via an elastic thread. The measurement of the time intervals is performed using a computer interfaced electronic timer with accuracy of 0.0001 s, and the data is processed using the Least- Squares Method. The proposed method allows to prove the law of conservation of angular momentum through experiment, as well as determine the moment of inertia of the flywheel. en_US
