Influenţa parametrilor malaxoarelor cu bare cu funcţionare continuă asupra momentului rezistent

Abstract

În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor influenței turaţiei arborelui, coeficientul de umplere a jgheabului malaxorului unghiul dintre axele barelor, proiecţia distanţei dintre bare pe axa malaxorului şi dimensiunea particulelor amestecului asupra momentului rezistent. S-a obţinut modelul matematic și s-au construit nomograme care descriu grafic influenţa interacţiunilor factorilor asupra rezistenței la înaintare.

The articles present the results of a study on the influence of the shaft rotation frequency, the fill ratio of the mixer trough, the angle between the bar axes, the distance between the bars and the particle size of the mixture to the stirring resistance. A mathematical model is obtained and monograms of the mutual influence of factors on the resistance to mixing are constructed.

L'article présente les résultats de l'influence de la vitesse de l'arbre, le facteur de remplissage de l'angle de malaxeur creux entre les axes des barres, la distance de projection de la barre à l'axe du malaxeur et de la taille des particules de la résistance au moment du mélange. Le modèle mathématique et construit un nomogramme des facteurs d'interférence sur la résistance au mélange.

В работе представлены результаты исследования влияния частоты вращения вала, коэффициента заполнения желоба смесителя, угла между осями прутков, расстояния между прутками и размера частиц смеси на сопротивление перемешиванию. Получена математическая модель и построены номограммы взаимовлияния факторов на сопротивление перемешиванию.
