Activitatea bioantioxidanţilor a unor specii de materii prime vegetale

Abstract

În lucrarea sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetării proprietăţilor antiradicale şi antioxidante a bioantioxidanţilor a unor specii de materii vegetale. S-a constatat o corelaţie satisfăcătoare între activitatea antioxidantă şi antiradicală pentru fructe testate (r=0,992) şi pentru legume testate (r=0,666).

In this work there is presented data concerning antiradical and antioxidant properties of bioantioxidants in some species of vegetal raw material. There has been established an acceptable correlation between the antiradical and antioxidant activity for tested les fruits (r=0.992) and tested vegetables (r=0.666).

Dans ce rapport sont présentées des données concernant les propriétés anti radicales et antioxydantes des bioantioxydants de quelques matières premières végétales. On a constaté qu’il existe une corrélation satisfaisante entre l’activité antiradicale et antioxydante pour les fruits testés (r=0.992) et les légumes testés (r=0.666).

В статье приведены результаты исследования антирадикальной и антиокислительной активности биоантиоксидантов некоторых видов фруктов и овощей. Установлена удовлетворительная корреляция между антирадикальной и антиокислительной активностью для ряда тестированных фруктов (r=0,992) и тестированных овощей (r=0,666).
