Unele aspecte ale încercării hidrostatice la rupere a conductelor pentru irigaţii

Abstract

Sunt prezentate instalaţia experimentală şi rezultatele ruperii prin presurizare hidrostatică a două tuburi pentru irigaţii cu diametrul de 100 mm şi grosimea peretelui de 0,9 mm, realizate prin sudură longitudinală şi zincate. Presiunile de rupere au fost de 42,2 bar şi 42,5 bar. Ruperea s-a produs pe generatoarea ţevii, la distanţă de sudură şi cu o deformare plastică importantă a diametrului.

There are presented the experimental equipment and the results of the hydrostatic breaking test for two irrigation pipes with 100 mm in diameter and 0,9 mm in thickness. Both of the tested pipes were made by zinc coated longitudinally welded steel. The breaking pressures were 42,2 bar and 42,5 bar. For both of the tested pipes, the break was on the pipe generatrix, far away from the welding, being observed an important plastic deformation of the pipe diameter.

Se présent installation expérimentale et le résultats de l'épreuve par rupture par charge hydrostatique a deux tuyau pour irrigation avec le diamètre de 100 mm et épaisseur de la paroi de 0.9 mm réalise par soudure longitudinale et zincate. Les pressions d’éclatement ont été de 42,2 bar et 42,5 bar. La rupture a été produite sur la génératrice du tube avec la distance de soudure et avec la déformation plastique important au diamètre.

В статье представлены экспериментальная установка и результаты разрушения под действием гидростатического давления двух ирригационных труб с диаметром 100мм и толщиной стенки 0,9мм, изготовленных продольной сваркой и оцинкованы. Разрушающие давления были 42,2 бар и 42,5 бар. Разрушение происходило по образующей трубы на расстоянии от сварочного шва и с существенным пластическим деформированием диаметра.
