Abstract

Grape juice is a product that attracts consumer’s attention by nutritional value, taste quality and high degree of assimilation by the human body. Doctors recommend ampeloterapia for treating a wide spectrum of diseases. The major suppliers of juices are in developing countries and among major importers include high developed countries of the world. Handful consumers in Moldova does not make concessions in terms of quality, they buy brands not just products. They are persons that are concern to live a healthy life, that like to try new products and pay much attention to brand image.
