Abstract

By their nature, TNCs (Transnational Corporations) integrates international production and, thus, plays a central role in economic growth. These firms are the main factors in the development and dissemination of technology that is considered to be of greater importance as a determinant of international competitiveness and progress of nations. The success of the corporations on financial plan is nowadays more determined by their competence in developing and leading an international system of activities that generate added value, which is the competence to globalize. Transnational companies are no specific national identity, with an international management, at least potentially willing to be established anywhere in the world to get safer and higher benefits.
