dc.description.abstract | În această lucrare se propune tehnologia cu procesare foto-termică rapidă (PFTR) pentru senzori de gaze în baza semiconductorilor oxizi: ZnO, Cu2O şi SiO2. Prin combinarea metodelor chimice de depunere a peliculelor, inclusiv SILAR, şi PFTR au fost obţinute pelicule nanostructurate şi nanocompozite cu proprietăţi noi senzoriale. Sa demonstrat că PFTR modifică morfologia suprafeţei şi nanostructurile peliculei, schimbând rezistivitatea şi proprietăţile de senzor de gaze ca sensibilitate, selectivitatea şi viteza de reacţie la gaze. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | In the present work is described the technology with rapid photothermal processing (RPP or PFTR) for gas sensors based on semiconductor oxides: ZnO, Cu2O şi SiO2. By combining of chemical methods of deposition, inclusive SILAR, the RPP was obtained nanostructured and nanocomposite films with sensor proprieties. Was demonstrated the modifications of surface morphology and nanostructured of films, changing resistivity and gas sensor proprieties as sensitivity, selectivity and reaction time to gas. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Dans le travail actuel est décrit la technologie avec le traitement photothermal rapide (RPP ou PFTR) pour des sondes de gaz basées sur des oxydes de semi-conducteur ZnO, Cu2O et SiO2. Par la combinaison des méthodes chimiques de dépôt, SILAR et RPP inclus ont été obtenus nanostructured et des films de nanocomposite avec des propriétés de sonde. Les modifications de la surface morphologie et du nanostructure des films, changeant les convenances de sonde de résistivité et de gaz comme sensibilité, sélectivité et temps de réaction d'intoxiquer ont été démontrées. | fr |
dc.description.abstract | В данной работе описывается технология с быстрым фототермическим отжигом (RPP или PFTR) для газовых сенсоров на основе полупроводниковых оксидов: ZnO, Cu2O и SiO2. Комбинацией химических методов осаждения, включительно SILAR и RPP, были получены наноструктурные и нанокомпозитные пленки с сенсорными свойствами. Были продемонстрированы изменения поверхностных состояний, изменяют свойства датчика газа как время чувствительности, селективности и реакции. | ru |
