Mecanismul economic de gestiune a resurselor naturale în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare include unele probleme ale formării mecanismului economic de gestiune a resurselor naturale în Republica Moldova. Acest mecanism este o parte componentă a sistemului unic de gestiune a economiei naţionale. Sistemul de impozitare ce ţine de protecţia mediului, precum şi abordările privind finanţarea acţiunilor de protecţie a mediului necesită perfecţionare.

The present article includes some of the problems of forming the economical mechanism of managing the natural resources in the Republic Moldova. This mechanism represents a part of the indivisible system of the managing the National Economy. The tax system of protection the environment, the solutions of financing the nature-protecting measures require perfection.

Cet article contient quelques problèmes de formation du mécanisme économique de gestion des ressources naturelles de la République de Moldavie. Ce mécanisme est une partie composante du system unique de gestion a l`économie nationale. Le système impositaire concernant la protection du milieu ambiant et l`abordement de financement des actions de la protection du milieu ambiant nécessitent perfectionnement.

Данная работа охватывает некоторые проблемы формирования экономического механизма управления окружающей средой в Республике Молдова. Этот механизм представляет собой часть единой системы управления народным хозяйством. Требуют совершенствования налоговая система охраны окружающей среды, а также, подходы к финансированию природоохранных мероприятий.
