Freewheeling clutch and polyhedral ring calculation for contact strenght

Abstract

In this paper we have solved the calculation of the roller coupling with polygonal ring at contact strength. The essay establishes the calculation relations for this pressing and settles the dependence between the torsion moment and the diameter of rollers used. It also recommends the materials to be used in the fabrication of the polygonal ring, the rollers and the carcass.

Prezenta lucrare fundamentează calculul cuplajelor cu role şi inel poligonal elastic la solicitarea de tensiune de contact. În lucrare s-au stabilit relaţiile de calcul la această solicitare şi a fost trasată grafic dependenţa dintre momentul de torsiune transmisibil şi diametrul rolelor utilizate, respectiv materialele folosite la execuţia reperelor inel poligonal - role - carcasă.

Dans le papier est présente le calcul des accouplements avec des galets et anneau polygonal e la sollicitation de la tension de contact. On a établie dans le papier les relations de calcul e cette sollicitation et on a tracé la dépendance entre Mt et le diamètre des galets utilises, respectif les matériaux utilisés e l’exécution des repères anneau polygonal-galets-carcasse.

В настоящей работе приводится расчет роликовых муфт с полигональным эластичным кольцом на контактную прочность. Были установлены расчетные зависимости для этого вида нагружения и опре-делена зависимость между передаваемым крутящим моментом и диаметром используемых роликов, а также материалы, используемые для изготовления полигонального кольца, роликов, корпуса.
