The determination of the link expressions between some geometric parameters of the ROMASCON milling cutters. Part II

Abstract

In this paper link relations are demonstrated between the geometric parameters of the milling cutter and those of the double inclination inserts for the most general case which is that of the inclined tooth axes. On the basis of these relations there have been drawn specific conclusions to be found in the previously published papers.

În lucrare se demonstrează relaţiile de legătură dintre parametrii geometrici ai frezei şi parametrii geometrici ai dinţilor demontabili pentru cazul cel mai general, adică axele dinţilor au o înclinare spaţială. Pe baza relaţiilor demonstrate se fac particularizări regăsite în lucrările publicate anterior.

Dans cet article on démontre les relations de liaison entre les paramètres géométriques de la fraise et ceux des dents rapportés à double inclinaison pour le cas le plus général, c’est-à-dire celui des axes des dents à inclinaison spatiale. Par suite de ces relations on procède à des particularisations qu’on retrouve dans les articles publiés antérieurement.

В работе приводятся связующие выражения между геометрическими параметрами торцевой фрезы и геометрические параметры разъемных зубьев для общего случая, т.е. когда оси зубьев имеют пространственный наклон. На основе полученных зависимостей делаются некоторые частные выводы, найденные в ранее опубликованных работах.
