dc.description.abstract In the theory of dissipative structures induced by electrostatic field on the free surface of viscous liquid was established that the process of deformation is described by different kinetic curves which can form the loops of hysteresis type. It was established that the apparition of spatial deformation needs an interval of time of 0.04-0.5 s during which the cyclic variation of transversal dimensions of induced stamps by electrostatic field will lead to the installation of some different physical states on one and the same reological medium of storing and keeping of data. en
