dc.description.abstract În lucrare sunt prezentate aparate medicale pentru terapie cuantică, confecţionate pe baza diodelor laser cu heterostructuri AlGaAs – GaAs şi InGaAs – GaAs. Sunt descrise schemele electronice ale blocului de dirijare cu diodă laser, regimurile de lucru şi metodele de selectare a parametrilor dispozitivelor, în dependenţă de cerinţele utilizatorului. Pentru diverse aplicaţii au fost elaborate câteva tipuri de aparate cuantice cu parametri la nivelul analogilor existenţi mondiali. en_US
dc.description.abstract In paper are submitted medical devices for the laser therapy, which were made on the basis of laser diodes with heterostructures AlGaAs - GaAs and InGaAs - GaAs. Electronic circuits of the control block by the laser diode, operation modes and methods of parameters installation of the device operation according to user aim are described. Some designs of laser devices were elaborated for various medical applications, their parameters in comparison with existing world analogues are presented. en
dc.description.abstract Dans le travail sont présentés des appareils médicales pour la thérapie quantique, fabriqués à la base des diodes laser avec des héterostuctures AlGaAs – GaAs et InGaAs – GaAs. Sont décrits les schémas électroniques du bloc de gestion avec la diode laser, les régimes de travail et les méthodes de sélection des paramètres des dispositifs, en dépendance des nécessités d’utilisateurs. Pour des diverses applications, ont-été élaborés quelques types des appareils quantiques avec des paramètres au niveau des analogues existantes mondiales. fr
dc.description.abstract В работе представлены медицинские аппараты для лазерной терапии, изготовленные на основе лазерных диодов с гетероструктурами algaas – gaas и ingaas – gaas. Описаны электронные схемы блока управления лазерным диодом, режимы работы и способы установки рабочих параметров прибора в зависимости от требований пользователя. Представлены несколько конструкций лазерных аппаратов и их параметры в сравнении с существующими мировыми аналогами. ru
