dc.description.abstract | Proiectarea unui proces tehnologic presupune adoptarea de către tehnolog a unor decizii care să asigure realizarea produsului în condiţii de productivitate maximă, costuri minime şi calitate superioară. Luarea în considerare a tuturor acestor criterii presupune să se proiecteze un proces tehnologic optim. Optimizarea condiţiilor în care se desfăşoară un proces de prelucrare prin aşchiere impune optimizarea factorilor care determină regimul de prelucrare prin aşchiere, adică tocmai adâncimea de aşchiere (t), avansul (s), viteza de aşchiere (v) etc. şi în acest caz optimizarea regimului de aşchiere are la bază funcţiile obiectiv, reprezentate de costurile minime, productivitate maximă etc., precum şi o serie de restricţii. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The design of a technological process supposes that the technologist should adopt some decisions in order to obtain the realization of the product in conditions of maximum productivity, at minimum costs and high quality. Taking into consideration all these criteria leads to the idea of creating an optimal technological process. The optimization of the conditions in which a cutting mechanical treatment process develops, needs the optimization of the factors determining the cutting process regime, that is the cutting depth (t), the lead (s), the cutting speed (v) etc. Also, in this case, the optimization of the cutting regime is based on the objective functions represented by the minimum costs, maximum productivity etc., as well as a series of restrictions. | en |
