Stabilirea ponderii influenţei unor factori asupra formării compoziţiei chimice a strugurilor de masă

Abstract

Lucrarea prezentă este dedicată studierii unor factori şi influenţa lor asupra formării în timpul creşterii şi maturării, şi modificării în perioada de păstrare a unor compuşi din compoziţia chimică a strugurilor de masă. Calculele efectuate permit prognoza nivelului de acumulare şi a caracterului modificării unor compuşi din compoziţia chimică şi obţinerea strugurilor cu proprietăţi de consum şi tehnologice cele mai reuşite.

This paper is dedicated to studying some factors and their influence of the formation during the growing and ripping periods and the changes during the storage period of some components from the chemical composition of the table grapes. This calculation allows foreseeing the level of accumulation and the character of changing some components from the chemical composition and obtaining the table grapes with the best consuming and technological properties.

Le travail présent est dédie a l’étude de certains facteurs et leur influences sur la formation pendant la période de la croissance et de la maturation et de la modification pendant la période de conservation de certains composants de la composition chimique du raisin de table. Les calculs effectues nous permettent de réaliser le pronostic du niveau de l’accumulation et du caractère de la modification de certains composants de la composition chimique et l’obtention du raisin avec des caractères de consomma-tion et les propriétés technologiques les plus réussites.

Работа посвящена изучению влияния факторов на формировании при росте, созревании и изменение при хранении отдельных компонентов химического состава столовых сортов винограда. Произведенные расчеты позволяют прогнозировать уровень накопления и характер изменения компонентов химического состава получения винограда с лучшими потребительскими и технологическими свойствами.
