Managementul sistemelor informaţionale

Abstract

Răspândirea microcalculatoarelor şi pachetelor de programe a dus la apariţia “calculatoarelor pentru utilizatorii finali” şi a ridicat chestiuni privitoare la meritele relative şi la problemele legate de managementul centralizat şi descentralizat ale “funcţiei sistemelor informaţionale”. Chestiunea centralizare versus descentralizare este rezolvată prin evaluarea statutului resurselor informaţionale din cadrul organizaţiei, adică, dacă statutul este managementul sistemelor informaţionale sau managementului resurselor informaţionale. Atunci când este vorba despre managementului sistemelor informaţionale, organizaţia SIM este centralizată, dar dacă este vorba despre managementul resurselor informaţionale, atunci va fi o organizaţie descentralizată.

The spread of microcomputers and programmer packages has raised issues concerning the relative merits and the problems regarding the centralized and decentralized management of the function of international systems. The question of centralization versus decentralization is resolved by assessing the status of information resource in the organization, whether the status is the information systems management or the information resource management. When it is a case of information systems management then the organization of the MIS would be centralized, but if it is a case of information resource management, it will be decentralized organization.

La dissémination des microordinateurs et des paquets de programmes a mené à l’apparition des « ordinateurs pour les utilisateurs finaux » et a soulevé des questions quant aux mérites relatifs et aux problèmes concernant la gestion centralisée et décentralisée de la « fonction des systèmes informatio-nnels ». La question de la centralisation versus la décentralisation est résolue en évaluant le statut des ressources informationnelles de l’organisation, que le statut soit la gestion des systèmes informationnels ou la gestion des ressources informationnelles.
