dc.description.abstract Sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor experimentale a conţinutului în acid ascorbic, polifenoli, antociane şi starea oxido-reducătoare a căpşunilor şi zmeurii ( recolta anilor 2004 – 2005). Se prezintă prelucrarea statistică a datelor experimentale şi aprecierea gradului de corelaţie dintre indicele stării oxido-reducătoare a căpşunilor şi zmeurii de conţinutul bioantioxidanţilor. S-a constatat că corelaţia acestor indici se include în limitele 0,66… 0,99. en_US
dc.description.abstract There are presented the results of the experimental researches of the content of ascorbic acid, of anthocyanines, and total polyphenols and the oxido-reduction state of the strawberries and raspberries (harvest of the period 2004-2005). It is also presented the statistical analysis of the experimental data and the estimation of the level of correlation between the indices of the oxido-reduction state of strawberries and raspberries, on one side, and the content of bioantioxydants, on the other side. It was proven that the correlation of these indices in between 0.66 … 0.99. en
dc.description.abstract On présente les résultats des recherches expérimentales du contenu de l’acide ascorbique, des anthocyanes, des polyphénols et l’état d’oxido-réduction des fraises et des framboises (la récolte des années 2004-2005). On présente l’analyse statistique des données expérimentales et l’estimation du degré de dépendance entre l’état d’oxido-réduction des fraises et des framboises et le contenu de bioantioxidants. On constate que le coefficient de corrélation de ces indices a été compris entre 0.66 … 0.99. fr
dc.description.abstract В работе представлены результаты исследований окислиель-но - восстановительного состояния ягод клубники и малины (урожай 2004 – 2005 года), от общего содер-жания антоцианов, полифенолов и аскорбиновой кислоты. Работа включает статистическую обработку экспериментальных данных зависимости показателя окислительно - восстановительного состояния ягод от общего содержания биоантиохидантов. ru
