dc.description.abstract The article examines regularities of mass losses modifications in fruits and vegetables in postharvest period in function of environment parameters: temperature, relative humidity, mobility and composition. As a result of processing experimental research material on the basis of bio-energetic concept preservability, elaborated by the author, here are obtained modelled dependencies mass losses in function of these factors. en_US
dc.description.abstract În articol a fost examinată legătura pierderilor masei fructelor şi legumelor în perioada după recoltă în dependenţă de parametrii mediului: temperatura, umiditatea relativă, viteză şi componenţă. În urma analizei datelor experimentale în bază modelului bioenergetic elaborat de către autor, a fost constatată ecuaţia calculului pentru pierderea masei în funcţie de aceşti factori. en
dc.description.abstract Dans cette publication scientifique on a examiné la régularité du déchet de poids des fruits et légumes dans la période d’âpres la récolte en fonction de paramètres du milieu: la température, l’humidité relative de l’air, la molalité et composition. Il en résulté que le traitement des matériaux expérimentales des études sur la base du concept bioénergétique de la pouvoir de conservation qui a été élaboré par l’auteur a permis d’obtenir les relations pour calculer les pertes de masse en fonction de ces facteurs. fr
dc.description.abstract В статье рассмотрены закономерности изменения убыли массы плодов и овощей в послеуборочный период в зависимости от параметров среды: температуры, относительной влажности, подвижнос-ти и состава. В результате обработки эксперимен-тального материала исследований на базе биоэнерге-тической концепции сохраняемости, разработанной автором, получены расчетные зависимости для убыли массы в функции от этих факторов. ru
