Interacţiunea între tehnologii şi structuri organizaţionale este dinamică deoarece ambele componente ale acestei relaţii se caracterizează prin complexitate, nesiguranţă şi interdependenţă. en_US
dc.description.abstract Studies dedicated to the effects of the information technologies on organisations aim at the progressive abandonment of determinative type orientations in favour of contributions which underline the possibility of choice that technology can make possible.
