About the assessment of the capability of manufacturing processes

Abstract

The product quality results from the manufacturing process. Besides a compelling technical documentation, a correct maintenance of the equipments, a good training of the personnel etc. it is necessary too an efficient control of the process in order to realize and maintain in time an adequate production regarding the quality. For mass and high class production the only alternative with economical efficiency to maintain the quality between the established limits is to apply the statistical control.

Calitatea produselor se obţine în procesul de fabricaţie. Pe lângă o documentaţie tehnică riguroasă, întreţinerea corectă a parcului de utilaje, o bună pregătire a personalului, etc, este necesar şi un control eficient al procesului pentru a realiza şi menţine în timp o producţie corespunzătoare din punct de vedere calitativ. În cazul producţiei de serie mare şi de masă, singura alternativă eficientă economic de a menţine calitatea în limitele prestabilite o constituie aplicarea controlului statistic.

On obtient la qualité des produits par le processus d’usinage. Pour réaliser et maintenir une production de qualité il est nécessaire une rigoureuse documentation technique, l’entretien correct des outillages, une bonne formation du personnel mais ainsi un contrôle efficient du processus. Pour la production de grande série et de masse, la seule alternative efficiente du point de vue économique pour maintenir la qualité dans les limites établies c’est le contrôle statistique.

Качество продуктов обеспечивается процессами обработки. На ряду с хорошо подготовленной технической документации, правильным содержанием станочного парка, хорошей подготовкой персонала и др. Нужен эффективный контроль процесса обработки для реализации и поддержании во времени производства на должном качественном уровне. В случае серийного и массового производства единственный путь эффективный с точки зрения экономии для поддержания качества в предусмотренных рамках является использование статистического контроля.
