dc.description.abstract Prezenta lucrare are ca scop analiza contribuţiei inginerilor pe frontul de învăţare continuă şi în privinţa inovatiei, transformând cunoaşterea în valoare adăugată şi făcând posibilă recunoaşterea modului în care lucrează relaţia inovaţie-creştere economică. Educaţia oferă capacitatea de adaptare la schimbare, dezvoltând capacitatea de a învăţa noi abilităţi şi asimilând noua cunoaştere. en_US
