In this paper are presented the research results obtained of the authors (GRANT 15138/331/2003 MENER-MCT) to determine the optimal reactive power compensation systems, the right number of steps and the optimal location of installing the compensation systems on an analyzed area of the local power delivery system. The study was done for the electrical power delivery network in Galati town and the first goal was to determinate the electric power flow and the possibilities to reduce the electric power losses. In the paper are presented the adopted technical solutions of electric power flow monitoring in different situations concerning the fluctuation of the electric power values.
Lucrarea prezintă rezultate obţinute de autori in cadrul unui proiect de cercetare amplu (GRANT 15138/331/2003 MENER-MCT), care a avut ca obiectiv optimizarea sistemelor de compensare a puterii reactive, numărul optim de trepte de compensare si localizarea optima a sistemelor instalate în reţeaua locală de distribuţie a energiei electrice. Studiul a fost făcut pentru reţeaua de distribuţie a oraşului Galaţi şi cel mai important obiectiv a fost determinarea circulaţiei de putere şi a posibilităţilor de reducerea pierderilor de energie electrica in sistem. In lucrare sunt prezentate soluţii tehnice adoptate în diferite situaţii.
L’article pressentent les résultats obtenue par les auteurs dans un grand projet de recherche (GRANT 15138/331/2003 MENER-MCT) ayant comme objective l’optimisation de la compensation de la puissance réactive, le nombre optimal de catégories de puissances pour le système de compensation et la localisation optimale pour les systèmes installé dans la réseaux locale de distribution de l’énergie électrique. L’analyse a été réalise dan les réseaux de distribution de l’énergie électrique du Galati.
