dc.description.abstract This paper shows the research carried out quantitative and qualitative properties of microflora of iodinated sunflower oil and margarine in comparison with its reference samples (non-iodinated sunflower oil and margarine). Obtained data meet standard requirements for analogous non-iodinated products and permit to introduce its into the manufacture and sale. en
