Starea actuală a investiţiilor străine în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În articol se evidenţiază şi se analizează elementele constitutive ale procesului de integrare sub formă de plasare a investiţiilor, necesitatea acestora la etapa actuală a economiei de piaţă. Autorii arată care sunt factorii determinanţi pentru investitorii străini, în baza cărora se decide oportunitatea de a plasa capitalul în străinătate. În acelaşi timp, se accentuează faptul că procesul de integrare trebuie să fie realizat prin o strategie, care să prevină intervenirea efectelor distructive în privinţa companiilor autohtone. În acest sens, se propune o serie de măsuri specifice pentru protejarea prealabilă a pieţei locale.

The article analyses the particularities of the process concerning participation of the national economy in international economic integration through free movement of the capital. The author shows that this process is an opportunity both for developed and developing countries to attract investment in their weak sector of economy. On the other hand, it is emphasized that the integration process must be properly regulated in order to avoid serious decline of the domestic businesses. In this connection, the article provides a strategy for this process. The article represents an actual theoretical and practical interest and is recommended for publishing.

Dans cet article on met en évidence et on analyse les éléments constitutifs du processus d`intégration sous forme de placement des investissement, la nécessite de stabilité a l`étape actuelle de l`économie de marche. Les auteurs montrent lu facteurs déterminants les investisseurs étrangers a la base desquels on décide l`opportunité de placer le capital a l`étranger. A la fais, on insiste sur le fait que le processus d`intégration doit être réalise par une telle stratégie, qui pourrait prévenir l`intervention des effets destructeurs visant les compagnies autochtones.

В статье анализируются особенности процесса касающегося участия национальной экономики в международной экономической интеграции посредством движения капитала. Авторы показывают что этот процесс является возможностью как для развивающихся, так и для развитых стран привлечь инвестиции в их слаборазвитые отрасли экономики. С другой стороны, подчеркивается что интеграционный процесс должен быть проведен должным образом.
