Dependenţa parametrilor constructiv-cinematici de homocinetismul cuplajelor mobile transversale

Abstract

În lucrare sunt prezentate aspecte cu privire la dependenţa parametrilor constructiv-cinematici asupra homocinetismului cuplajelor mobile transversale având trei corpuri mobile. Sunt prezentate schema structurală a cuplajului studiat, sistemul multicorp considerat cu constrângerile geometrice şi cinematice aferente. Sunt determinate ecuaţiile cinematice precum si relaţiile rezultate din condiţia de homocinetism, relaţii extrem de importante, pe baza cărora se poate face distincţia între cuplajele mobile transversale homocinetice şi cele nehomocinetice (cvasihomocinetice). De asemenea, sunt prezentate exemple de scheme structurale şi constructive ale unor astfel de cuplaje.

The paper presents aspects regarding the constructive and kinematic parameters dependence by mobile transversal couplings homokinetism, by multibody theory. First it is presented the structural scheme of the analysed mobile coupling. Then are defined the parts of the multibody systems associated to the mobile couplings; the body reference frames and also the general reference frame; the geometrical and kinematical constraints. There are determined the kinematic equations and there are presented the homokinetism conditions. Finally, there are presented some mobile transversal couplings examples.

L´ article présente la dépendance des paramètres cinématiques concernant les accouplements radiaux, mobiles et homocinétiques à travers « multibody theory ». Dans une première partie, nous présentons une schématisation structurale des accouplements mobiles analysés. Ensuite, nous définissons les éléments du système associé à l´ accouplement mobile, le repère du corps de référence ainsi que le repère général. Les contraintes géométriques et cinématiques. Nous déterminons les équations cinématiques et nous présentons les conditions d´homocinétisme. Enfin, nous présentons quelques exemples d´ accouplements radiaux et mobiles.

В работе представлены аспекты относительно зависимости конструктивно-кинематических параметров от гомочинетики мобильных поперечных муфт имея три подвижных элемента. Представлены структурная схема исследуемой муфты, принятая многотельная система с соответствующими геометрическими и кинематическими ограничениями. Определены кинематические уравнения, также зависимости полученные из условия гомочинетики, очень значимые зависимости, на основе которых можно сделать различие между подвижных поперечных гомокинетических и негомокинетических муфт. Также приведены примеры структурных и конструктивных схем некоторых муфт.
