dc.description.abstract Both the limitation and the restriction of rights and the fundamental duties are established by legal coordinates, at national and international level, plus the moral, political, confessional, and philosophical ones. The legal possibility of establishing some limitations responds to the need to ensure the legal security of the rights and freedoms of others in view of achieving the individual, national, group, and public interests. Internal and international regulations when guaranteeing human rights do not exclude the possibility of limiting them because otherwise the existence of unconditional rights can not be accepted in a democratic constitutional system. en_US
