dc.description.abstract | Cardiology is a very promising field in telemedicine. Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading cause of death around the world with a growing number of hospitalizations and health-care costs every year. In pacients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), the time interval from symptoms onset to reperfusion is a critical determinant of the clinical outcome of primary percutanuous coronary intervention (PPCI). Early diagnosis and prehospital care of patients with ACS is crucial in survival. | en_US |
