dc.description.abstract The article inspects human security problems in the context of the appearance and development of convergent Nano-, Bio-, Info-, Cog-, Socio- technologies. The dichotomy of convergent technologies consists in implying a duality of results and applying them to humans and human evolution. These results may and should be beneficial for human corporality, psyche and spirituality. Though evil, negative and even fatal consequences are also real and possible. The application of these technologies may lead to the extinction of human species in its current size. Therefore, these fast–findings sjow the need of Global Environmental Ethics, as a component part of ecosophy or philosophy of ecology. Ecosophy should contribute to the development of social technologies as a convergent part of nano-, bio-, info-, cog- technologies. en_US
