dc.description.abstract Temperature on the dynamics of InGaAsP Fabry-Perot lasers. Based on the rate equation model multimode case is examined. In the bifurcation analysis the regions with instabilities in the evolution of the mode intensities have been found. Finally, we show that the variation of temperature strongly influences the regions of instabilities. en_US
