dc.description.abstract In the present paper it is analyzed, using the Alentz-Fox method, the structure of the radiation spectrum of gallium antimonide doped with antimony at 2K temperature in absence of the external magnetic field. It is demonstrated that antimony as dopant in various concentrations leads to the raise of radiative recombination centres concentration. en_US
