Abstract

Taking into account the present market conditions which are becoming more competitive, companies cannot survive or cannot develop only through a controlled activity at the highest level. It was shown that the critical factor in the success of a business in construction company is knowing and meeting relevant consumer needs through a superior offer and marketing is the function of a company, responsable for defining categories of consumers affected and how best to satisfy their needs and desires in a competitive and profitable level.
