Abstract

This study is to highlight the ways and means of defending family rights that can be used by a subject whose right has been violated. At the same time, this article aims to bring to light the ways of defending family rights, which primarily seek to re-establish relations between family members as well as to resolve conflicts that arise between them at the level of discussion and negotiation. Similarly, the role of national courts in the protection of family relationships is discussed with an emphasis on the protection of children's rights, as well as ways of defending family rights that the court can apply to the culpable subject.
