Abstract

In our country like in others countries is necessary to have an important factor that is able to keep a safe control for all people, among the many forms of customs control we find the body control, this control form is applied in exceptional cases for persons. Body customs control is considerated an exceptional form of customs control. Customs control of persons, goods, objects and other valuables crossing the customs border of the Republic of Moldova is an administrative act. Today is not very easy to find all the illegal acts, because people are so inventive, they hide the objects anywhere even inside their bodies and that is the principal reason used by the customs authorities.
