Abstract

In this paper are presented some new tehniques for computer integrated manu-facturing which include computer aided manufacturing and computer aided quality check. A study case is made for a complet process of manufacturing a gear wheel – design-machining-dimensional control using capabilitis of a CIM system. The design and manufac-turing program are obtained by using CATIA V5 and the dimensional control was made by using VISI optical control system.
