Abstract:
There have been fulfilled a series of biological studies in order to evaluate dioxime coordination compounds effect on the development and biosynthesis processes of enzymes to some fungal mycelium strains of Penicillium, Fusarium, Rhizopus, Trichoderma genera, in a biotechnological perspective. The introduction of cobalt(III) dioximates in the nutrient media for growing micromycete strains of above listed genera lead to the stimulation of biosynthetic processes (accumulation of biomass, increase of enzyme activity, reduction of cultivation period, stabilization of enzyme genesis processes under stress). The treatment of some superior plants: sugar beet, corn, beans, garlic, etc. with cobalt(III) dioximate solutions, generated productivity increase and plant resistance to drought.
