Abstract:
Present study analyzes the causes of low efficiency of education that follows the
traditional training methods. The elements of the educational process as content,
organization and teaching are reviewed in the context of new educational technologies. It
was always considered, that he theory and practice, the theory and life, must be combined,
and for this purpose the practical hours in form of seminars, games, exercises that solve the
tasks of theory application in practice are dedicated. Formally speaking, the objective logic
of education requires formation of the knowledge application skills, and subjectively it is not
done: education completed by acquiring the knowledge at best.
