dc.description.abstract In this paper are presents efficiency Z in Bi - Sb alloys in the wide range of Bi and Sb content depending on temperature. It is shown that the increase of Sb content, and temperature, from 77K to 300K , thermoelectric efficiency Z decreases. Maximum of Z coresponds to concentration 12%at of Sb. Introducing Te and Sb impurities leads to decrease the thermoelectric efficiency. en_US
