dc.description.abstract This article presents the results of study of eluent composition influence on the efficiency of organic acids separation in the wine analysis by HPLC method. For this purpose was used modified stationary phase by Macherey-Nagel – Nucleodur C18 Pyramid column. All investigations were carried out in the same conditions, except of the elunet composition. As the eluents were used aqueous solutions of inorganic acids – phosphoric and sulphuric acids. Optimization of the studied chromatographic systems was realized on the standard mixture of the main organic acids (tartaric acid, L-malic, lactic, acetic, citric, succinic acids), and on the sample of a real wine for the investigation of wine matrix influence on the analysis results. en_US
dc.description.abstract Lucrarea prezintă un studiu ce vizează influenţa condiţiilor de eluţie asupra eficienţei separării acizilor organici din vin prin metoda cromatografiei lichide de înaltă performanţă (HPLC). Analizele au fost efectuate pe fază staţionară C18 modificat, pe coloană Nucleodur C18 Pyramid de la Macherey-Nagel. Drept parametru variabil a servit compoziţia fazei mobile, formate din soluţii apoase de acizi anorganici – acid fosforic şi acid sulfuric. Optimizarea sistemelor cromatografice a fost efectuată în baza soluţiilor standard de acizi organici prezenţi în vin şi a eşantioanelor de vin, ceea ce a permis de a evidenţia influenţa efectului de matrice asupra rezultatelor analizei. ro
dc.description.abstract Cet article présente une étude visant l'influence de conditions d’élution sur l'efficacité de séparation des acides organiques du vin par la méthode de chromatographie liquide haute performance (HPLC). Les analyses ont été effectuées sur la phase stationnaire C18 Nucleodur Pyramide, colonne Macherey-Nagel. Comme paramètre variable a été utilise la composition de la phase mobile, formée de solutions aqueuses d'acides inorganiques – phosphorique et sulfurique. L’optimisation des conditions chromatographiques a été effectuée avec des solutions standard d'acides organiques présents dans le vin et échantillons de vin, ce que a permis de mettre en évidence l'influence de l’ effet de matrice sur les résultats d'analyse. fr
dc.description.abstract В данной работе представлены результаты исследования влияния состава элюента на эффективность разделения органических кислот при анализе вин методом жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ). Все анализы были проведены на модифицированной неподвижной фазе С18, в частности, на хроматографической колонке Nucleodur C18 Pyramid производства Macherey-Nagel, в одинаковых условиях, кроме состава элюента. В качестве элюентов использовали водные растворы неорганических кислот – фосфорной и серной. Для оценки эффективности исследуемых хроматографических систем были проведены анализы как стандартного раствора основных органических кислот, присутствующих в вине, так и реального образца вина для изучения влияния матрицы на результат хроматографического анализа. ru
