dc.description.abstract The research paper presents the review of “strategy” and “business model” categories, substantiates indices for determining current business model strategic alternatives of restaurant enterprises, proposes the assessed verbal and numerical scale to decide on the strategic transformation of current restaurant business enterprise model, as well as it develops the strategic transforming matrix. The choice of alternative strategy is recommended depending on the matrix segments. The methodological tools are tested on the set of restaurant business enterprises and it is concluded that their implementation into practice provides the increase of decisions validity level regarding the basic principles application of the innovative advantage concepts in the competitive market. en_US
dc.description.abstract Articolul prezintă revizuirea categoriilor „strategie” și „model de afaceri”, fundamentează indicii pentru determinarea alternativelor strategice și modelului actual de afaceri al întreprinderilor de afaceri cu restaurante. Se propune o scară verbală și numerică de evaluare pentru a decide transformarea strategică a afacerii curente și modelului întreprinderii de afaceri cu restaurante. Este dezvoltată o matrice de transformare strategică a modelului de afaceri actual al întreprinderilor de afaceri cu restaurante, iar alegerea strategiei alternative este recomandată în funcţie de segmentele matricei. Instrumentele metodologice sunt testate pe un set de întreprinderi de afaceri cu restaurante și se concluzionează, că implementarea lor în practică asigură creșterea nivelului de validitate a deciziilor cu privire la aplicarea principiilor de bază ale conceptelor de avantaj inovator pe piaţa concurenţială. ro
