dc.description Abstract en_US
dc.description.abstract Vacuum devices are dominant in high power and high frequency. Though thermal cathodes are widely used in vacuum devices, if the thermal cathodes are replaced with cold cathodes, more superior devices are expected. The conventional cold cathodes with an electron extraction gate is field emitters (FEs). As the second topic, I will talk about fabrication of graphene and its application to planar Graphene-Oxide-Si (GOS) tunneling cathodes with an extremely high electron emission efficiency. en_US
