dc.description.abstract The work offers for discussion the results of investigations of absorption spectra (gamma-ray nuclear resonance) of gallium antimonide doped with 57Fe isotope in the concentration range of the atomic mass of 1–3%, within the temperature range of 4.2–300 K, in the absence of an external magnetic field. Also, a model of the impurity center of iron in gallium antimonide is described. en_US
