dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study is to examine the factors that contribute to high level of success by analyzing different examples and stories from the real life. The results of this study showed that there is a wide majority of factors which all together affect the final result. Even the rarest talents given from the birth does not guarantee the success, which means that there is not a unique way to gain achievements.	en_US
