dc.description.abstract On the basis of the multidimensional concept of quality of life (QOL), which the author sees as macroeconomic vector influenced by many endogenous and exogenous factors of economic activity areas, the author suggests evaluating enterprise-wide QOL by public survey of its employees. The author has developed sociological survey related to the evaluation of working conditions and company employees affect QOL (like the economic agents),providing the working conditions and causes employee satisfaction with income, work, interpersonal relations within the company, etc. and finally, life. The Author comes to relevant conclusions, that the satisfaction with life or QOL in Moldova is closely related to the salaries, and job satisfaction - income levels, interpersonal relations and education level. Because of those who were interviewed, the percentage of those who have decent pay is low (administration workers) and the satisfaction level is very low: only 4% of respondents are satisfied with life, 82% - are dissatisfied and 4% -do not know what to say. en_US
