Elaborarea conceptului managementului calităţii vieţii

Abstract

În conceptul autorilor, realizarea nevoilor umane asigură nivelul de trai şi calitatea vieţii, care se află în relaţii de cauză-efect. Precum nivelul de trai influenţează, aşa şi CV influenţează nivelul de trai, deoarece acesta din urmă caracterizează starea de spirit a populaţiei, care se reflectă prin comportamentul ei respectiv în diferite domenii şi include în sine toată gama comportamentului biologic, economic şi social al indivizilor în societate, inclusiv capacităţile acestora a duce o viaţă de familie şi a-şi asigura continuitatea. Conform opiniei autorilor, indiferent de ţară, modelul dezvoltării societăţii umane, în variantă sistemică, poate fi oglindit ca interdependenţe dintre nivelul de trai, CV şi satisfacţia de viaţă a populaţiei în funcţie de satisfacerea nevoilor. Autorii definesc esenţa managementului CV şi determină algoritmul de realizare a acestuia.

According to the authors, the realization of human needs provides the level of living and quality of life of the human factor, which is in cause-effect relationship. As the standard of living affects the quality of life, so the quality of life influences the standard of living, because the latter characterizes the mood of the population which is reflected by her behavior at the different areas and includes the full range of biological economic and social behavior of individuals in society, including their ability to lead a family life, ability to care for himself, his family and ensure its continuity. According to the authors, regardless of country, alternative development model of human society can be reflected as systemic interdependence of living standards, the QL and life satisfaction according to the needs of the population. The authors define the essence of QL management algorithm and determines its achievement.
